Thank you for your interest in our lovely Garden Club. The Club has a 70 person capacity.
The CURRENT rental fee sheet is included in this section. It was approved by the Board on August 14, 2025. Your rate is determined by the length and frequency of your rental.
We charge a $50-200 deposit fee that is refundable if the cleanup checklist is followed and there is no damage to the Club. There are 12 tables of various sizes and 50 chairs included in this fee. Also included is the use of a fully functional kitchen.
The grounds of our Club are quite pretty, and you do have use of the outdoor area. However, we do not allow our tables and chairs to be used outdoors. There are vendors that will rent you tables, chairs, tents, etc. for the outside.
If you decide that you would like to rent our Club, please contact the Rental Person listed below to discuss dates. Once you have settled on a date, She will send you a contract. Once we have the contract and the required payment from you, your date will be confirmed and you will be provided a cleanup checklist which details your responsibilities in order to have your deposit refunded.
