Thank you for your interest in our historic garden club, which in fine Southern tradition, is on the National Register of Historic Places, is a wonderful venue for most any event, and available year-round.
The venue has a 70-person capacity, is beautifully restored with the original hardwood floors, 25-foot-high ceilings, and restored floor-to-ceiling windows. Yet, for your convenience, has HVAC and ceiling fans, a fully functioning kitchen, two bathrooms, and can accommodate a public address system. The building is nestled among trees and colorful shrubs, plants and flowers and has ample free parking. A dozen tables of various sizes and 50 chairs are included with the property. There are local vendors that will rent you tables, chairs, tents, floral arrangements, etc. for use outside, however, we do not allow our tables and chairs to be used outdoors.
Rentals are available for one-time events or for multiple days per week or month. Deposit fees are refundable if the cleanup checklist is followed, there has been no damage to the facility or grounds, and has been inspected by the designated rental contact.

Once the paperwork is finalized, your date will be confirmed and you will be provided a cleanup checklist which details your responsibilities for a deposit refund.
